Privacy & Safety

All data sent between your device and Vital Sessions is encrypted using TLS — the standard used across the modern web. We do not currently offer end-to-end encryption in the technical sense (where even we couldn't read a message in transit); your message is decrypted server-side to generate a response, then forwarded to Claude, Anthropic's AI model, over its own encrypted connection.

We collect: your email address (to confirm you're a real person, prevent misuse of the free trial, and let you return to your account), your subscription status, and basic technical data needed to apply fair-use rate limits. We do not currently save a transcript of your conversations — each chat exists only for the duration of your open session. We do not collect payment card numbers directly (handled by our payment processor, Stripe), government IDs, or biometric data.

You have the right to: access the data we hold about you, request deletion of your account and associated data, and opt out of any non-essential data processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@vitalsessions.com.

We never sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the services that make Vital Sessions work: Anthropic (to generate chat responses), Stripe (to process payments), and Resend (to send you the login link) — each under their own privacy terms.
